Shipping

All US orders are shipped from Florida through USPS and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on USPS rates. Shipping to Canada is through USPS First-Class Package Service and is priced by weight. For shipping to other countries, please email your full address to cherrybaumdesigns@gmail.com for a shipping quote.

Please understand and be aware that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages and any claims must be filed through USPS. All orders will be provided a tracking number for you to follow the journey of your package.

Please allow 3 business days for ready to ship orders to be processed and packed. Made to order processing times will be listed on item description and each order will be shipped in one package.

Cherry Baum Designs, LLC is not responsible for any customs, taxes, and duties that may apply. Cherry Baum Designs, LLC does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.

Returns

Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy

Since all items are handmade, refunds and exchanges are not offered. Please measure carefully to make sure your handmade item will fit perfectly. If you have any questions, please email cherrybaumdesigns@gmail.com and I will be happy to help you find your size or assist with measurements for custom sizing.

If your order doesn’t fit, don’t fret as there are options. Email cherrybaumdesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and I can alter the item for a small fee. Shipping costs for alterations are not covered by Cherry Baum Designs.
